I want you to love your necklace and/or bracelet as much as I loved crafting it. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how I handle returns:
· Return Window: Please email me within 3* days of delivery if you’d like to return your necklace and/or bracelet with a photo of the necklace and/or bracelet.
· Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Customized necklaces or bracelets are final sale and cannot be returned.
· Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different style, return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.
· Damaged or Defective Items: If your necklace and/or bracelet arrives damaged or defective, send me a photo within 3* days of delivery, and I’ll replace it at no cost once the original is returned.
For necklaces and/or bracelets that meet these conditions, I’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund (including original shipping) within 3 business days of receiving the necklace back.
