Each cuff is handcrafted with care, so please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be created and shipped.

· After the final cuff in any collection, you’ll see a special block featuring the Feather & Facet Boutique logo labeled “Custom Special Order.”
· If you’d like to design your own cuff, simply click this block to place a custom order.
· CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE STONES, COLORS, AND FINISHES, SO THAT I CAN CREATE A ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE JUST FOR YOU.
· Send me a message through the site if you would like different beads that are not on the list and I will check availability
• RETURN POLICY:
I want you to love your cuff as much as I loved making it. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how I handle returns:
· Return Window: Please email me within 3* days of delivery if you’d like to return your cuff with a photo of the cuff.
· Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Customized cuffs are final sale and cannot be returned.
· Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different style, return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.
· Damaged or Defective Items: If your cuff arrives damaged or defective, send me a photo and I’ll replace it at no cost once the original is returned.
For cuffs that meet these conditions, I’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund (including original shipping) within 3 business days of receiving the cuff back.
Because these are bold, statement pieces, please take extra care when wearing them — for example, remove your cuff before putting on or taking off articles of clothing to avoid accidental snags or damage.
